How much does delivery cost in Melbourne and other areas?
Delivery for Melbourne Metro costs between $25 and $110. The final price is determined at the cart page based on your location. If you need deliveries outside metro areas or to other parts of Australia, please contact us directly for a quote.
What is your returns and refund policy?
All returns must be made within 7 business days of purchase.
If the product is faulty, a 100% refund will be processed within 2 business days.
If the return is due to a change of requirement, the product must be unopened, in saleable condition, and returned within 7 days. A 20% restocking fee applies, and an additional courier fee will be charged if we arrange collection.
