Fast Deliveries
Standard orders are delivered within 1-3 business days in metro areas and 2-4 days in regional areas. Some products have a longer lead time as indicated on the product page
Australia Wide
Delivery for Melbourne Metro area is between $25 and $110. The price is calculated at the cart page based on your location. Contact us for delivery cost to non metro areas or for the rest of Australia.
Leave or Sign?
If you can’t be home on the day of delivery, please leave a note at checkout letting us know where to leave the order. It needs to be an area that is protected from the rain.
Date Picker
You can choose your preferred delivery or pickup date at the online checkout. We will contact you within 1 business day to confirm this date. For urgent orders please call us.
Warehouse Pickups
Your order can be collect from our Footscray warehouse. Standard orders are ready for collection within 1-2 days.
Returns
ALL returns must be made within 7 business days of purchase. If a product is faulty and returned within 7 days a 100% refund will be processed within 2 days. If a product is returned because of a ‘Change of Requirement’ it must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund will be paid within 2 business days but will incur a 20% restocking fee. An extra fee will also apply if you need us to arrange a courier to collect the leftover material. All ‘Change of Requirement’ returns are at the discretion of Insulation Victoria.
