Description

Trade Select® CeaseFire® is an advanced, non-combustible, vapour-permeable wall and roof membrane designed for use in Type A and B fire-resisting constructions. Constructed from a single layer of non-combustible E-glass fabric infused with a hydrophobic, flame-resistant polymer, it effectively blocks liquid water and air movement while allowing water vapour diffusion through the wall structure.

Classified as Class 4 Vapour Permeable, CeaseFire® contributes to a well-sealed building envelope, enhancing energy efficiency and condensation management. It is Extra Heavy Duty, ember-proof, and suitable for all Bushfire Attack Levels (BALs), including BAL-FZ.

Applications:

CeaseFire® is suitable for all NCC building classes in commercial and single or multi-storey residential fire-resisting external wall constructions in regions of Australia south of the Tropic of Capricorn (ABCB Climate Zones 2-8), where both condensation management and non-combustible construction are required.
