Description

Trade Select® FireSark® Micro-perforated is an Extra Heavy Duty, vapour-permeable reflective wall wrap designed to enhance fire safety and moisture management in building systems. Constructed with a three-layer composition—including non-combustible E-glass fabric, 97% reflective aluminium foil, and fire-resistant polymer adhesive—it offers superior strength, flexibility, and durability.

Classified as a Class 3 Vapour Permeable membrane, its dense pattern of micro-perforations allows water vapour to escape from the wall structure, making it ideal for drained cavity systems in Climate Zones 6 to 8. FireSark® Micro-perforated also acts as a barrier to air, radiant heat, draughts, and dust penetration.

Tested to AS 1530.1 and classified as “Not Deemed Combustible,” it complies with NCC Volume One C1.9 and NCC Volume Two Part 3.7.1, making it suitable for all non-combustible constructions. Its low flammability index and compliance with AS 3959-2018 ensure suitability for use in all Bushfire Attack Levels (BALs), including BAL-FZ.
