All returns must be made within 7 business days of purchase.

• If the product is faulty, a 100% refund will be processed within 2 business days.

• If the return is due to a change of requirement, the product must be unopened, in saleable condition, and returned within 7 days. A 20% restocking fee applies, and an additional courier fee will be charged if we arrange collection.
